Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out the agreement between SAFER STAFFING SOLUTIONS LTD and clients using our home care and staffing services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

We provide home care, domiciliary care, and staffing services tailored to individual needs.

Services include:
  • Personal care
  • Companionship
  • Support with daily living
  • Staffing solutions where agreed
All services are delivered according to an agreed care or service plan.

2. Service Agreement

  • A care plan or service agreement will be created before services begin.
  • Services may be reviewed and updated as needs change.
  • Visit times are scheduled in advance but may vary due to operational requirements.

3. Fees and Payments

  • Fees will be clearly communicated before services start.
  • Invoices are issued weekly or monthly unless otherwise agreed.
  • Payments must be made within the stated payment period.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges or service suspension.

4. Cancellation Policy

Scheduled visits

  • A minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice is required to cancel a visit.
  • Cancellations made with insufficient notice may be charged in full.

Termination of services

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.
  • Immediate termination may occur where safety, safeguarding, or non-payment issues arise.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Inform us of changes in care needs or health
  • Provide a safe and respectful environment for staff
  • Treat staff with dignity and respect
We reserve the right to withdraw services if staff safety is compromised.

6. Complaints Procedure

We are committed to delivering high-quality care.

If you have a complaint:

7. Liability

  • We provide services with reasonable skill and care.
  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
  • We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.

All client information is treated as confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection laws.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
